With our remote system monitoring (optional) which relays information to us every 12 hours, we can often identify and resolve issues with your Orca system before you’re even aware of them.
We can also diagnose problems over the phone, and through our comprehensive Distrbutor Support Network we’re able to ensure that, in the unlikely event of malfunction, a support engineer will be with you anywhere in the world within 48 hours (and usually 24 hours).
Note: Our byword is flexibility, so if you’d prefer we sent you parts rather than people, we can deliver these to you along with full instructions on how to fix, upgrade or replace a piece of equipment.
As well as problem solving, we can also carry out all manner of changes and updates to your Orca system by remotely ‘dialing in’. This can mean anything from adding satellite receiver functionality to adding a new games console you’ve just bought. We will install drivers, update and reconfigure your bespoke app and you’ll be up and running with your new equipment or gadgets in no time at all.
